How to Wash it Wednesday: Shorts

Hey Fashionista!! Shorts are going to be coming out of the closet now that the weather is getting warmer.  It's been a while since we  worn them, so let me share some great laundering tips for your light-colored cotton shorts...

How often should you wash them? After 2-3 wears... Light colored cottons are vulnerable to noticeable spots.  You can zap smudges between washes with a spray-on stain remover.  With stain-resistant fabrics, you can get away with an extra wear or two.  Never use fabric softeners or dryer sheets, as they diminish the effectiveness of the fabric.
